The Belt and Road Initiative is a transnational economic belt proposed and led by the Chinese government,including the"Silk Road Economic Belt"and the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road".It aims to connect countries and regions along the ancient Silk Road's land and sea routes,covering the Asian,European and African continents and nearby oceans,to promote mutual connectivity and common development in trade,investment,infrastructure,culture and other fields.
東南亞位于“一帶一路”倡議的海陸交匯地帶，東盟國家是共建“一帶一路”的優(yōu)先方向和重要伙伴。中國與東盟國家已經(jīng)簽署了共建“一帶一路”合作文件，并推動“一帶一路”倡議與東盟國家的發(fā)展規(guī)劃進(jìn)行對接。

東盟國由10個成員國組成，包括印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、菲律賓、泰國、新加坡、文萊、柬埔寨、老撾、緬甸和越南。
根據(jù)中國和東盟國家城市歷史與文化、自然風(fēng)光、生活方式、建筑與環(huán)境、人文與藝術(shù)、衣食住行、傳統(tǒng)與風(fēng)情等。
注：限定中國與一個東盟國國家進(jìn)行融合設(shè)計(jì)。
The Eastern European Union consists of 10 member states,including Indonesia,Malaysia,the Philippines,Thailand,Singapore,Brunei,Cambodia,Laos,Myanmar and Vietnam.
Based on the history and culture,natural scenery,lifestyle,architecture and environment,culture and art,clothing,food,housing,transportation,tradition and customs of Chinese and ASEAN cities,China is limited to a fusion design with one ASEAN country.
Note:China is limited to integrated design with one ASEAN country.

突出中國“一帶一路”倡議的核心理念，以“一帶一路”為紐帶，將數(shù)字藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作與東南亞“一帶一路”沿線國家的自然風(fēng)光、民俗風(fēng)情、歷史故事等元素融合創(chuàng)作。
Highlight the core concept of China's"Belt and Road"initiative,and use"Belt and Road"as a link to integrate digital art creation with natural scenery,folk customs,historical stories and other elements of Southeast Asian countries along the"Belt and Road".
C、中國和泰國建交50周年
C.The 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand
2025年是中國和泰國建交50周年，根據(jù)中國和泰國建交50周年主題進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作。
The year 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand.Create a poster based on the theme of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand.

Final Evaluation
根據(jù)初評作品，進(jìn)行終評評審
評出專業(yè)組、教師組、學(xué)生組每組一等獎6名，二等獎10名，三等獎15名，優(yōu)秀獎30名，入圍獎50名。本活動設(shè)特邀組別獎。
（中國首展開幕式后進(jìn)行頒獎，一、二、三等獎頒發(fā)獎牌及紙質(zhì)證書，優(yōu)秀獎及入圍獎頒發(fā)電子證書）
Based on the initial review works,the final review will be conducted
Select 6 first prizes,10 second prizes,15 third prizes,30 excellent prizes,and 50 shortlisted prizes for each of the professional group,teacher group,and student group.This event has a special invited group award.
(After the opening ceremony of China's first exhibition,awards will be presented,with medals and paper certificates for first,second,and third prizes,and electronic certificates for outstanding and shortlisted awards.)
1.線上展覽：在專業(yè)媒體平臺展示優(yōu)秀作品。
1.Online exhibition:Showcase outstanding works on professional media platforms.
2.線下開幕及首展：在中國哈爾濱和馬來西亞吉隆坡城市分別舉辦，展覽時間和地點(diǎn)根據(jù)各國安排確定。
2.Offline opening and first exhibition:It will be held respectively in Harbin,China and Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.The exhibition time and location will be determined according to the arrangements of each country.
3.國際巡展：在中國、馬來西亞、泰國等地進(jìn)行活動巡展。
3.International Touring Exhibitions:Conduct touring exhibitions in China,Malaysia,Thailand and other places.
4.作品出版：在合作期刊推薦發(fā)表優(yōu)秀海報作品，出版國際書號作品集。
4.Publication of works:Recommend excellent poster works in cooperative journals and publish a collection of international book with an international ISBN.
1.本次展覽不收取任何費(fèi)用。
1.This exhibition is free of charge.
2.參展作品使用權(quán)歸組委會，使用時署名作者。
2.The right to use the exhibited works belongs to the organizing committee,and the author should be credited when using them.
3.作品須原創(chuàng)，否則取消參展資格，參展者承擔(dān)后果。
3.The work must be original;otherwise,the exhibitor's qualification will be cancelled and the exhibitor will bear the consequences.
4.規(guī)則解釋權(quán)歸主辦單位。
4.The right to interpret the rules belongs to the organizing unit.
5.作品應(yīng)不涉及意識形態(tài)問題，如涉及，參展者承擔(dān)后果。
5.The works should not involve ideological issues.If they do,the exhibitors shall bear the consequences.
