時光飛逝，光陰如梭。十年的歷程，十年的拼搏，十年的輝煌。國際教育學院已經(jīng)歷了十年的風雨，迎來了十年的華誕。十年彈指一揮間，我們共同翱翔在醫(yī)學的海洋中，揮灑汗水、刻苦鉆研、精益求精，播種理想的種子，收獲豐厚的碩果。相信每一位留學生在國際教育學院學習和生活中都必然沉淀了許多感悟與成長。為記錄下每個精彩的時刻，共同見證國際教育學院十年精彩歷程?，F(xiàn)面向全體留學生征集“我與CIE十年光陰故事”主題系列活動。具體活動安排如下： As the time flying away,the years shuttling again.The College of International Education is about to celebrate her 10th birthday.In ten years,we studied medicine together in HMU.Here,every student studies hard,obtains rich knowledge and establishes their own life ideal. Every international student must have a lot of insights and growth in your study and life here.To record every wonderful moment and to witness the wonderful course of the CIE in the past ten years.We are now soliciting a series of activities with the theme of"Ten years of time story between CIE and me"for all international students.The specific activities are as follows: 一、活動主題The Theme of the Activity 主題：今天是你的生日—我的CIE Subject:Today is your birthday-My CIE 以慶祝哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學國際教育學院誕辰10周年，懷念醫(yī)大，感恩母校為主題，用文字、繪畫、攝影或MV短視頻的形式記錄和回憶在國際教育學院學習和生活的點點滴滴，展現(xiàn)留學生眼中的母校、留學生眼中CIE。 The theme is to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the birth of the College of International Education of Harbin Medical University and be grateful to the Alma Mater.Please record and recall your study and life in the College of International Education in the form of text,painting,photography or MV short video,so as to show the Alma Mater and CIE in the eyes of international students. 二、活動要求和內(nèi)容The Requirements and Contents of Activity （一）參與對象范圍Participants 哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學全體來華留學生。 All international students from Harbin Medical University are invited to participate to the event. （二）活動形式要求The Requirements of Activity 本次活動采用征文、繪畫、書法、攝影、視頻或其他特有表達形式。留學生可同時參加一項或多項活動。 This activity solicits articles,paintings,calligraphies,photographs,videos or other unique forms of expression.International students can participate in one or more activities at the same time. 1.征文、書法和繪畫作品要求 Requirements for essay,calligraphy and painting works （1）圍繞“母校在我心中”為主題，題目自擬。以第一視角講述留學生在華學習和生活中的所見、所聞、所感。可以包括對大學生活的感悟、對師長同窗的情誼、對母校發(fā)展的建議、對青春夢想的期許、對美麗哈爾濱和美麗醫(yī)大的贊美等。 Around the theme of"The CIE is in my heart",the precise topic and content are optional.Tell the story of what you have seen,heard,and felt in your study life in China from the first perspective.It can include the feeling of college life,the friendship between teachers and classmates,the suggestions for the development of the Alma Mater,the expectation of youth dream,the love of beautiful Harbin and beautiful HMU,etc. （2）征文題材不限，字數(shù)不限，可以是寫給師長的一段話、寫給母校的三行情詩、也可以是一篇酣暢淋漓的文章、亦或是絢麗多彩的畫卷。作品發(fā)送至指定郵箱，郵件標題統(tǒng)一格式為：學號-姓名-征文題目。 There is no limit to the subject,content and the number of words.It can be a paragraph written to the teacher,a three-line love poem written to the HUM or the CIE,a hearty article,or a colorful picture scroll.The works need to be sent to the designated mailbox.The unified format of email title is:student ID-name-essay title. 2.攝影作品要求Requirements for photographic works （1）圍繞“醫(yī)大人.事.物”為主題，用相機記錄自己、同學或老師們真實精彩瞬間，可包括校園生活、人物景色等，作品須附簡要說明。 Around the theme of"people,stories and things of HMU".Everyone can use the camera to record the real and wonderful moments of you,your classmates,or teachers,including campus life,character scenery,etc.The work must be accompanied by a brief description. （2）攝影作品形式不限，需采用JPG格式，需附100字以內(nèi)的簡要說明，單幅圖片或組合圖片均可，作品發(fā)送至指定郵箱，郵件標題統(tǒng)一格式為：學號-姓名-攝影作品題目。 There is no limit to the form of photographic works.Jpg format shall be adopted for evaluation,and a brief description within 100 words shall be attached.Single picture or combined picture can be used.The works need to be sent to the designated mailbox,and the unified format of email title is student ID-name-Photography title. 3.視頻作品要求Requirements for video works （1）圍繞“今天是你的生日—我的CIE”為主題，用華麗和生動的影視作品向國際教育學院十周年誕辰獻禮。用鏡頭記錄自己或同學們的學習和生活，生動反映在華生活和在校學習期間的所見、所聞、所感。 The theme is"Today is your birthday-My CIE".Please present the 10th anniversary of the CIE with vivid video works.Take photographs of your or your classmates'study life,and vividly reflect what you see,hear and feel during your life in China and your studying moment in the HMU. （2）視頻格式應為AVI、MP4、MOV、RMVB等主流視頻格式，視頻作品時長3-5分鐘左右，語種應為中文或英文。作品發(fā)送至指定郵箱，郵件標題統(tǒng)一格式為：學號-姓名-視頻作品題目。 The video format shall be AVI,MP4,MOV,RMVB and other mainstream video formats.The duration of video works is about 3-5 minutes,and the language should be Chinese or English.Works need to be sent to the designated email address,and the unified format of email title is student ID-name-video work title. 三、作品提交方式 哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學來華留學生可以以個人或團體的形式參加活動，征文、繪畫、攝影和視頻作品及簡介以附件形式發(fā)送至指定郵箱（活動郵箱：400070 hrbmu.edu.cn） International students from Harbin Medical University can participate in the activities in the form of individuals or groups.Essay solicitation,painting,photography and video works and brief introduction shall be sent to the designated mailbox in the form of attachment(email:400070 hrbmu.edu.cn）。 四、時間安排Schedule 活動時間范圍：2022年4月6日-2022年5月30日 Activity time:April 6,2022-May 30,2022 （一）征集階段：征文、繪畫和攝影作品提交截止時間2022年5月5日。Solicitation stage:article,painting and photographic works shall be submitted before May 5,022. （二）評獎階段：征文、繪畫及攝影作品將分組評獎，具體時間為2022年5月6日-2022年5月15日。Award stage:article,painting and photographic works will be awarded in groups from May 6,2022 to May 15,2022. （三）作品展示和宣傳階段:參賽作品評獎完畢后，優(yōu)秀作品將在校園宣傳欄進行展示，以及在哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學官方網(wǎng)站及哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學國際教育學院微信公眾號等平臺進行推廣宣傳。具體時間為2022年5月15日-2022年5月30日。Work display and publicity stage:After the evaluation,the excellent works will be displayed on the campus bulletin board.Meanwhile,it will be promoted at the official website of HMU and the WeChat official account of CIE.The specific time is from 15th May 2022,to 30th May 2022. 五、獎項設置Awards （一）征文類設一等獎3名，二等獎5名，三等獎10名。頒發(fā)獲獎證書和獎品。There will be 3 first prizes,5 second prizes and 10 third prizes in the essay solicitation category.Winners will be presented with award certificates and prizes. （二）繪畫類設一等獎3名，二等獎5名，三等獎10名。頒發(fā)獲獎證書和獎品。There will be 3 first prizes,5 second prizes and 10 third prizes in the painting category.Winners will be presented with award certificates and prizes. （三）攝影作品類設一等獎3名，二等獎5名，三等獎10名。頒發(fā)獲獎證書和獎品。There will be 3 first prizes,5 second prizes and 10 third prizes in the photography.Winners will be presented with award certificates and prizes. （四）視頻作品類設一等獎3名，二等獎5名，三等獎10名。頒發(fā)獲獎證書和獎品。There will be 3 first prizes,5 second prizes and 10 third prizes for video
