  二、展覽主旨
  Exhibition Theme
  為推動(dòng)《全民科學(xué)素質(zhì)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃綱要》的實(shí)施，加強(qiáng)科學(xué)與藝術(shù)的融合，助力全球科技創(chuàng)新高地的建設(shè)，用漫畫形式描繪和展示科技發(fā)展新成就，普及科學(xué)新理念和新知識(shí)，推進(jìn)科技與文化的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，激勵(lì)更多中外漫畫愛(ài)好者和專業(yè)人士參與科普創(chuàng)作和科普活動(dòng)，特組織“2025年上海國(guó)際科學(xué)漫畫展”。
  本屆大展主題為“我的家園我的愛(ài)”，希望通過(guò)科學(xué)漫畫的創(chuàng)作，將漫畫與科技成就、科學(xué)生活、自然生態(tài)保護(hù)、未來(lái)智能生活等相結(jié)合，用生動(dòng)和幽默的思維及形式描繪身邊的科學(xué)；用辛辣的筆墨鞭撻違背科學(xué)、破壞自然的言行；用硬核的科普理念和手段提升民眾科學(xué)與文化素養(yǎng)；用“海闊天空”的漫畫創(chuàng)意和“天馬行空”的畫面表達(dá)來(lái)呈現(xiàn)科普新動(dòng)力和新價(jià)值。
  To promote the implementation of the National Scientific Literacy Action Plan Outline,strengthen the integration of science and art,assist in building a global highland for scientific and technological innovation,depict and showcase new achievements in technological development through comics,popularize new scientific concepts and knowledge,advance the innovative development of science,technology and culture,and inspire more Chinese and foreign comic enthusiasts and professionals to participate in science popularization creation and activities,the"2025 Shanghai International Science Comic Exhibition"is specially organized.
  The theme of this grand exhibition is"My Home,My Love".It aims to integrate comics with scientific and technological achievements,scientific life,natural ecological protection,future smart living,etc.through scientific comic creation,and depict the science around us with vivid and humorous thinking and forms.It will use sharp brushstrokes to lash out at words and deeds that violate science and damage nature,enhance the scientific and cultural literacy of the public with hard-core science popularization concepts and methods,and present new momentum and value of science popularization through"boundless"comic creativity and"unconventional"visual expressions.

  Collection Time
  本次展覽于5月27日正式開(kāi)始征集作品，8月27日截稿。9月下旬公布獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)吆腿脒x者名單，舉辦頒獎(jiǎng)活動(dòng)。
  The exhibition officially begins soliciting works on May 27,with the submission deadline set for August 27.The list of award winners and selected participants will be announced in late September,followed by an award ceremony.

  Submission Scope
  本次展覽面向全球的漫畫家和漫畫愛(ài)好者公開(kāi)征集。
  This exhibition is open for submissions from cartoonists and comic enthusiasts worldwide.

  征集細(xì)則/
  Solicitation Guidelines
  應(yīng)征作品的內(nèi)容為反映科學(xué)生活、科學(xué)成就、科學(xué)發(fā)展、科學(xué)未來(lái)等，以及反對(duì)迷信、破壞自然等。
  （1）作品要求：
  參賽作品形式不限，單幅或多格、彩色或黑白均可。大賽采取網(wǎng)絡(luò)投稿方式，投稿作者需提供作品電子文件格式為JPG，圖片不小于5MB，不大于10MB，分辨率不低于300dpi。一人僅限投稿2件（含合作），多投者不予受理。
  投稿作者需將作品電子圖片發(fā)至組委會(huì)收件郵箱：389110461@qq.com（收件郵箱即日起開(kāi)通）
  電子圖片命名為“姓名（省市）+作品名”。郵件內(nèi)注明：姓名（以身份證為準(zhǔn)）、作品名、作品尺寸（高×寬cm）、聯(lián)系地址、郵編、聯(lián)系電話、身份證號(hào)和電子郵箱，郵件名稱為“2025年上海國(guó)際科學(xué)漫畫展投稿”。投稿作品應(yīng)為原創(chuàng)。
  截稿時(shí)間：2025年8月27日止，以電子郵件收件時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。
  （2）獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置：
  國(guó)內(nèi)
  一等獎(jiǎng)1名，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)3000元，獲得入選作品證書和作品集1冊(cè)；
  二等獎(jiǎng)4名，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)1500元，獲得入選作品證書和作品集1冊(cè)；
  三等獎(jiǎng)12名，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)500元，獲得入選作品證書和作品集1冊(cè)；
  優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)50名，獲得入選作品證書和作品集1冊(cè)；
  入選作者獲得入選作品證書。
  國(guó)際
  入選作者將獲得電子版入選作品證書和電子版作品集。
  （3）展覽權(quán)益：
  展覽獲獎(jiǎng)作品將編輯出版《2025年上海國(guó)際科學(xué)漫畫展優(yōu)秀作品集》。組委會(huì)在出版作品集、舉辦展覽和巡展等公益宣傳活動(dòng)中使用本次展覽的獲獎(jiǎng)作品及入選作品，不另行支付稿酬。
  Call for Entries:
  Works should reflect scientific life,achievements,development,future visions,and oppose superstition and nature destruction.
  (1)Submission Requirements:
  Format:Open to all forms(single-panel,multi-panel,color,or black-and-white).
  Digital Submission:
  File format:JPG.
  File size:5MB–10MB.
  Resolution:≥300dpi.

  Each participant may submit up to 2 works(including collaborations).Excess entries will be rejected.

  International Entries:
  Selected artists will receive digital certificates and digital collections.
  (3)Exhibition Rights:
  Winning and selected works will be compiled into"2025 Shanghai International Science Comic Exhibition Collection of Excellence".
  The Organizing Committee may use submitted works for public welfare activities(e.g.,publications,exhibitions,tours)without additional remuneration.

  Exhibition
  獲獎(jiǎng)作品及部分入選作品將以多種形式在長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)主要社區(qū)、學(xué)校、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和商圈進(jìn)行展示。并邀請(qǐng)部分漫畫和科普專家與科普和漫畫愛(ài)好者見(jiàn)面和互動(dòng)。
  Award-winning works and some selected works will be displayed in various forms in major communities,schools,townships,and commercial districts in the Yangtze River Delta region.Meanwhile,some comic and science popularization experts will be invited to meet and interact with science popularization and comic enthusiasts.
